As a Producer for HGTV’s HOUSE HUNTERS INTERNATIONAL, Ratliff traveled the world to tell stories that helped HGTV become one of the most-watched cable networks in America. Her production team worked with the Emmy award winning ANTHONY BOURDAIN: PARTS UNKNOWN. Ratliff's work on the “Massachusetts” episode was cited by Bourdain as one of his most important – focused on drug addiction and the public health crisis.
As the City Desk Editor for the Boston Herald, Ratliff's team earned 2 industry awards for coverage excellence and breaking news. As an Assignment Editor for FOX 25 News in Boston, she had a front-row seat to Barack Obama’s speech at the 2004 Democratic National Convention and the legalization of same-sex marriage in Massachusetts. Ratliff began her career as Production Assistant for INVESTIGATIVE REPORTS and MSNBC INVESTIGATES.
